Advanced Ag Technology Pty Ltd of Swan Hill, Victoria is owned and operated by director Aaron Tonkin. With demand for a Precision Farming Specialist that can work across all brands of machinery, Aaron transformed his existing business Aaron Tonkin Auto Electrical into Advanced Ag Technology.

Advanced Ag Technology specialises in sales, installation and support of high-quality Precision Farming Technology to suit new and used farm machinery for Broadacre, Horticulture & Viticulture Farming.

Advanced Ag Technology still offers auto electrical services to the agriculture industry. Above all Aaron understands the importance of back up service and product knowledge and support. Being in the industry for a long time you soon realise “a product is only as good as the service you receive”.

A WEALTH OF EXPERIENCE

Aaron has 15 years of experience in the automotive electrical and air-conditioning industries. He worked previously in a family business in Charlton, Victoria, where Aaron was also trained as a Goldacres Sprayer & GPS Ag/ Ag Leader Precision Ag Service Technician.

​

With a passion for precision agriculture, Aaron started the business in 2012, took over the Ag Leader Technology Dealership and moved to Swan Hill to expand in a much larger agricultural hub.

Since the move Advanced Ag Technology has been awarded Ag Leader Technology Dealer of the Year in 2016 for Exceeding Customer Support and Service.

In 2017 the business was awarded a Gold Dealer Award for outstanding sales and support.

In 2018, 2019 and 2021 Advanced Ag Technology were Awarded a Platinum Dealer Award for top sales in Australia & New Zealand.
